Pools built 20 or 30 years ago often have two main issues: they are too deep, and access relies on uncomfortable vertical stainless steel ladders. At Servinmosol, we modernize your pool to transform it into an accessible, safe, and efficient space, adapting it to the needs of seniors, children, and current safety standards.
Say Goodbye to the Metal Ladder: Easy Access
Our most requested renovation is the construction of Internal Built-in Steps (Walk-in stairs). We eliminate the architectural barrier of the metal ladder and create a gradual entry that invites you to swim and provides a place to sit and relax in the water.
- Roman Steps (Semi-circular): Classic and elegant, ideal for kidney-shaped or curved pools.
- Rectangular Steps: Modern and minimalist, maximizes swimming area and utilizes corners perfectly.
Construction Technique: We build the structure using brick and gunite concrete, applying chemical bonding agents to ensure the new stairs weld perfectly to the existing shell, preventing future cracks or leaks.
Depth Reduction (Floor Raising)
Does your pool have a deep end of 2.5 meters that nobody uses? That means thousands of liters of wasted water, higher chemical costs, and harder heating.
We perform floor raising using reinforced concrete, bringing the level up to a comfortable depth (usually 1.40m - 1.50m) that allows standing across the entire pool.
Benefits: Water savings, increased safety for children, and warmer water temperature.
Aesthetic and Functional Renovation
If the structural shell is fine but looks old, we offer a complete finish renovation:
- Coping Stone Replacement: We replace old porous stone with modern non-slip materials (Porcelain, White artificial stone) that stay cool to the touch and are easy to clean.
- Retiling (New Gresite): If tiles are falling off or faded, we strip and install new glass mosaic tiles using high-flexibility specialized adhesives, giving your pool a brand-new look.
We know construction work in the garden can be stressful. Our team protects the surroundings, manages debris daily, and strictly adheres to deadlines so you can get back to swimming as soon as possible.
