In the Costa Cálida climate, shade is just as important as water. A community pool without adequate shaded areas is unusable during the midday heat. At Servinmosol, we equip your pool deck ("the beach") with fixed, wind-resistant furniture designed to withstand the intensive use of a residential community.
Fixed Natural Parasols: The Mediterranean Standard
Forget about portable umbrellas that fly away. We install fixed shading systems that provide a natural aesthetic touch and maximum safety:
- Natural Materials: We work with Spanish Heather (extra thick), Esparto grass, or Reed. These materials not only provide cool shade (allowing air to circulate) but also integrate the pool into the garden landscape.
- Wind-Resistant Structure: We use turned wood or galvanized iron poles, anchored to the ground via concrete blocks or bolted plates. We guarantee they won't move, even during strong Levante winds.
Pergolas and Social Areas
For larger common areas, we design and build wooden structures treated (autoclave class IV) to withstand outdoor weather:
⛱️ Shade Pergolas
Wooden frames covered with reed or slats, ideal for creating a sheltered social gathering spot right next to the pool.
🧺 Picnic Areas
Installation of heavy-duty picnic tables (wood or concrete) for designated eating areas, keeping food crumbs away from the swimming zone.
Street Furniture (Benches & Bins)
The pool surroundings must be kept clean and comfortable. We supply "Urban" range equipment (high resistance):
- Benches: Precast concrete (indestructible), tropical wood, or recycled polymer (maintenance-free).
- Litter Bins: Tilting steel or wood models, with built-in ashtrays to prevent cigarette butts on the lawn.
- Signage: Safety signs and community rules printed on sun-resistant materials.
Natural materials require care. We offer a service to replace heather tops every 3-4 years and annual varnishing of wooden structures so they always look brand new.
