Can I install a charger in my parking space?
Yes, and it is easier than you think. According to the current Horizontal Property Law, to install a charging point in your parking space (provided it is located in the same building where you live), you only need to inform the community; you do not require the approval of the Owners' Board.
We prepare the necessary technical report for you to present to the Administrator, ensuring the installation complies with the Low Voltage Electrotechnical Regulation (REBT-BT-52).
Smart Installation: Wallbox and Load Balancing
It is not just about putting in a plug. We install smart chargers (Wallbox type) that protect your car and the electrical grid:
- Power Modulation:
The charger detects how much consumption you have at home. If you turn on the oven and the air conditioning, the car charges more slowly automatically so that your circuit breaker never trips.
- Surge Protections:
We include mandatory protection panels with Class A differential and transient and permanent surge protectors, safeguarding your vehicle's battery against storms or grid spikes.
Document Management: Certificate (CIE) and MOVES Plan
An installation without paperwork is an illegal and dangerous installation. Our administrative service takes care of everything:
Installation Certificate (CIE)
Upon completion of the work, we issue the Electrical Installation Certificate (CIE) and register it with the Ministry of Industry. This document is essential to legalize the charging point and to apply for any public grant.
Plan MOVES III Grants
We advise you and prepare the technical documentation so you can apply for the MOVES Plan grants, which can cover up to 70% or 80% of the installation cost (depending on available funds in the Region of Murcia or Valencian Community).
