Pool Renovations: Built-in Stairs Construction

Pools built 20 or 30 years ago often have two problems: they are too deep and access is via uncomfortable stainless steel vertical ladders

At Servinmosol, we modernize your pool to make it accessible, safe, and efficient, adapting it to the needs of the elderly, children, and current community regulations

Goodbye Metal Ladder: Comfortable Access

The most requested renovation is the construction of an Interior Built-in Staircase. We remove the architectural barrier of the metal ladder and create a gradual entry that invites swimming and allows you to sit in the water

Roman Stairs (Semicircle)

The classic choice, ideal for softening lines

Rectangular / Square Stairs

Straight lines with a modern and minimalist aesthetic

Corner or L-Shaped Stairs

Perfect for not encroaching on the swimming area. Optionally, a submerged bench can be added for relaxation

Beach Entry (Zero Entry)

A gentle slope simulating a seashore, offering maximum luxury and total accessibility for people with reduced mobility or small children

Construction Technique:

We build the structure with brick and gunite concrete, applying chemical bonding agents to ensure the staircase is perfectly welded to the existing shell, preventing future cracks or leaks

Depth Reduction (Bottom Raising)

Does your pool have a 2.5-meter deep end that nobody uses? That means thousands of extra liters of water, more spending on chemicals, and greater difficulty in heating it. Such a deep pool is, in reality, a money pit

We perform bottom raising using formwork, gravel filling, steel mesh, and concrete, ensuring the structure will not yield. We raise the level to a comfortable depth (usually 1.40m - 1.50m) that allows you to stand throughout the pool

Aesthetic and Functional Renovation

If the shell is structurally sound but looks old, we offer a comprehensive finish renovation:

Are you going to empty and renovate the pool? It's time for the exterior.

Don't leave an old, dirty coping stone surrounding a new pool. We update the perimeter flooring with non-slip porcelain stoneware or cast-in-place stone for a spectacular finish
