The solution is the Proximity Key (Tag/Fob):
Uncopyable Keys
We replace the traditional cylinder with a proximity reader. The neighbor only has to bring their magnetic key fob close to enter. These keys cannot be copied at a hardware store.
Cancellation Management
If a neighbor loses their key or stops paying the community fees, the Administrator can deactivate that specific "chip" instantly without having to change the lock on the entire entrance.
For total peace of mind, we install security cameras in garages and entrances, with an approved hard drive recorder (complying with Data Protection Laws) to deter vandalism and theft.
