We perform scarifying to remove the layer of dead thatch that suffocates the roots, aeration tasks, and the application of specific vitamins and fertilizers according to the season. Our operators are the eyes of the community. During mowing, we actively monitor the condition of the meadow to detect dry spots, broken sprinklers, water leaks, or the first signs of a pest, acting before the problem spreads and generates major expenses.

After mowing and edging, we use industrial blowers to thoroughly clean sidewalks, curbs, and common areas. We meticulously collect all plant waste in large gardening bags and remove it, leaving the community absolutely impeccable without dirtying its containers.
